Tenants are responsible for Electricity Usage in their own Rooms.

Each Room is fitted with a Pre-Paid Meter.

The Meters are recharged using the UNIPIN Voucher System.

UNIPIN Vouchers are easy to use.

UNIPIN Vouchers are obtainable at various outlets near Franklin House.
